1. Information We Collect

LendIQ respects the privacy of our financial institution clients and their borrowers. We process sensitive financial data strictly as a data processor. Information collected includes:

• Institutional account information (e.g., administrator details).
• End-borrower data processed through our APIs (credit history, income, identity documents).
• System usage logs and telemetry.

2. How We Use Data

Borrower data is used exclusively to provide risk assessment and eligibility scoring back to the lender. We do not sell borrower data, nor do we use it for marketing purposes.

3. AI Model Training

LendIQ utilizes federated learning and anonymized datasets to improve our foundational models. Client-specific data is isolated in secure tenant environments and is only used to fine-tune that specific client's proprietary model, ensuring competitive advantage and privacy are maintained.

4. Security & Compliance

We implement AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. LendIQ complies with SOC 2 Type II, GLBA, and GDPR requirements. Access to production environments is strictly audited and controlled.
